Contract Rider - The Buck Ram Platters

This Contract Rider, along with the Technical and Stage Plot, is hereby attached to and made a part of this contract, dated ___________________________,20______, between The Buck Ram Platters (hereinafter "artist"_ and _____________________________________(hereinafter "Purchaser").

PURCHASER TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING TO ARTIST AT NO COST OR EXPENSE.

1.  LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

ARTIST shall be under no liability for failure to appear or perform in the even that such failure   is caused by or is due to the physical disability of ARTIST, members, acts or regulations of public authories, labor difficulties, civil tumult, strike epidemic interruption or delay of transportation service, or any other cause beyond the control of ARTIST.

2.  FAILURE TO PERFORM:

In the event ARTIST fails to perform due to inclement weather, acts or regulations of public authorities, labor difficulties, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, interruption or delay of transportions service, or any other cause behond the control of ARTIST, and AETIST is ready to perform at the time and place dpecified in the contract, ARTIST shall be paid in full.

3.  DRESSING ROOMS:

PURCHASER agarees to furnish and provide two private, clean and secure dressing areeas, near toilet facilities and hot and cold running water, near the stage which is adequate for us by four (4) males and one (1) female and equpped with towels, mirros, seating and clothes racks adequate for four men's suits in one area and women's costumes in the other.

The dressing area should be comfortably heated or air conditioned, ventilated, and well lit.  PURCHASER shall be solely responsible for the security of the dressing rooms and items in it.  If the performance is in a hotel, and rooms are provided at the same hotel, the individual hotel rooms can be substituted for the dressing rooms.

4.  RECORDING

No radio, television, audio or video recording or transmitting devices may be used during the performance(s) in any manner or form in the building, or area, in which the rehearsals will be held or performance(s) will be given without the express written consent of Personality Plus Talent Mangement.

5.  CATERING REQUIREMENTS:

The following drinks and food for (6) people shall be provided to ARTIST, at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense, approximately 90 minutes prior to the start of the performance:

Non-carbonated bottled water, a variety of soft drinks, hot coffee, tea, cream and sugar.  NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

PURCHASER has four (4) options for providing for for ARTIST.

     a.  Sandwiches cor cold cut platters with an assortment of breads, condiments and side dishes adequate for six (6) people.

     b.  If the even for which ARTIST is hired involves a dinner, that dinner can be substitued for the above.

     c.  If the event for which ARTIST is hired is at a hotel, a meal in the hotel restaurant can be substitued for the above.

     d.  PURCHASER may provide $35 per person per diem food allowance

6.  MERCHANDISE:

ARTIST has the right to sell merchandise at this engagement.  PURCHASER shlal insure that at least one six foot, skirted table is availble for use at or near the entrance to the performance area.

7.  ACCOMODATIONS:

     a.  PURCHASER shall provide to ARTIST< at PURCHASER's sole cost and expense, four (4) single and one (1) double rooms equivelent to Marriott, Holiday Inn, or better.

     b.  Hotel address, phone, fax and confirmation number (directions if necessary) must be provided to Personality Plus Talent Management at least seven (7) days prior to date of engagement.

8.  TRAVEL and TRANSPORTATION:

PURCHASER shall provide to ARTIST, at PURCHASERS sole cost and expense:

     a.  Transportation to and from the nearest major airport (to be determined by ARTIST'S travel needs). This transportation will need to consist of vehicle(s) large enough to transport six (6) people with instruments and luggage from airport to venue including one (1) full sized 4-door rental car.   Vehicles must be available one (1) day before the contracted performance date as well as the day of the performance.  If, because of ARTIST'S performance schedule, the vehicles for the day before the performance are not needed, ARTIST will inform PURCHASER and these vehicles can be cancelled.

     b.  The PURCHASER at his sole expense, shall provide up to six (6) round tip fares.  All flight itineraries must be reviewed and confirmed by Personality Plus Talent Management before th ticketing process.  should fewer air fares be needed, ARTIST will inform PURCHASER so that the unneded fares can be cancelled.

     c.  If venue is withint three-hundred miles (300 miles) of ARTIST'S home base of Las Vegas, Nevada, a full-sized van may be provided from Las Vegas to the venue with return to Las Vegas at the sole expense of PURCHASER.

9.  LIABILITY INSURANCE:

The PURCHASER hereby understand that ARTIST will not be liable for any damages or injuries that may occur on the performance venue premises.  The PURCHASER hereby agrees to indemnify ARTIST, and hold them harmless for any accidents or injuries that may occur to persons or property, exept those that are attributable to the negligence or fault of ARTIST. The PURCHASER agrees to provide liablity coverage plyus casualty, fire and theft insurance coverage, at the PURCHASER'S expense, for the protection of ARTIST while ARTIST occupies the performance venue.

10. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS

The attached TECHINICAL RIDER, STAGE PLTO, and INFORMATION SHEET are to be considered a part of this agreement and will be inititaled and signed by the PURCHASER before this agreement shall be considered completed.

11. The PURCHASER shall supply ARTIST with ten (10) complimentary tickets per performance.

12. NOTE:  This contract is for The Buck Ram Platters only.

There will be a need for additional accomodations should The Buck Ram Platters be reuiqred to provide their own band.
